Glocavo asks ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude and Google’s AI the questions your customers ask, and shows whether they recommend your business, who they name instead, and when they get your hours or phone number wrong.
Ranking in the local pack (the three map results Google shows) and being named by an AI engine are two different things. An engine builds its answer from what it read about you: directories, review sites, your website, and in Google’s case your Business Profile. A business can rank first on the map and still be missing from the ChatGPT answer.
One manual check tells you almost nothing
Ask ChatGPT about your business and you get one reply, on one engine, on one day. Ask again next week and it can name different businesses. Ask Perplexity and it reads different sites. What matters is the pattern: the same questions, on every engine, on a schedule, with the history kept.
Wrong details cost calls you never see
An answer that recommends you with last year's hours or a disconnected number is worse than no answer. The customer acts on it, gets nothing, and calls the next name. Nobody tells you it happened.
How it works
How the AI visibility tracker works
Step 1
Pick your business on Google
Glocavo reads your Google Business Profile: your category, services, city, and the details customers rely on.
Step 2
Get the questions customers ask
Glocavo writes them from your listing, grouped into topics with the intent behind each one and an estimate of monthly AI searches. Edit, add or remove any of them.
Step 3
Every engine answers, on your schedule
The questions go to all six engines for your city: once a month on your plan's checks, or weekly with the add-on. Each answer is saved in full, with the businesses it named and the sites it read.

AI score
Your AI score on every engine
One number for how often the six engines name you, your share of voice against local competitors, and the engine where you're weakest. It doubles as an AI Overview tracker: Google AI Overviews and AI Mode get their own rows next to ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Claude.
Every answer
Every question, every answer
A grid of every question across every engine, with who named you and in what position. Open any cell to read the full answer. Looking for a ChatGPT rank tracker for a local business? This is it: your position in each answer, question by question.
Pick any competitor and see the answers that name them without you, broken down by engine and topic, plus the exact questions they win.
Sources
The websites AI reads before it answers
The directories, review sites and exact pages the engines cite, how often they quote your own site, and the lists your competitors are on and you aren't. That list is your to-do list for getting named.
Find the sites AI reads before it recommends anyone
Every answer that mentions your phone number, hours, address, website, name or open-or-closed status is compared with your Google Business Profile. Each contradiction comes with the engine, the question it answered, and what to fix. Formatting differences don't count, only real mistakes.
Fix plans
A fix plan for every question you lose
Turn any question you're not named for into a step-by-step plan: the page to write, the directories to join, the reviews to ask for. The AI readiness check scores your page out of 100 on what engines need: AI crawlers allowed, clear content, structured data and details that match your listing.
Catch the wrong phone number before a customer calls it
Changes compares every scan with the one before: questions won and lost, engines that moved, new wrong facts. Progress shows the trend over time, because one scan is a snapshot and the trend is what counts.
Who it's for
Built for owners and for agencies
If you run the business
A clear answer to “is AI sending customers to me or to the place down the road?”, plus a short list of what to fix first. One campaign comes with every paid plan, so tracking your own business doesn’t need a separate tool.
If you manage clients
Give each client its own workspace (Basic and up) and campaign; the add-on adds 1, 3 or 10 more campaigns. Share a read-only report link instead of a monthly deck, export to CSV, or pull the data through the API and MCP server (Studio, Agency, or the top add-on). AI Visibility sits next to the grid scans of our Google Maps rank tracker, so the map and the AI answers are in one place.

Pricing
AI visibility tracking pricing
Every paid Glocavo plan includes one AI Visibility campaign. One question asked on all six engines uses 10 checks (the four chat engines cost 2 each, Google’s two cost 1 each), so each plan’s checks cover one full scan a month on all six engines. For weekly scans, add the add-on below, or switch off the engines you don’t need.
Starter
$21.99/month
1 campaign, 5 questions, 50 checks a month
Basic
$39.99/month
1 campaign, 10 questions, 100 checks a month
StudioPopular

1 campaign, 15 questions, 150 checks a month
Agency

What it doesn't do
It needs your business on Google Maps, because the questions and the wrong-fact checks start from your Google Business Profile. It reads the answers; it doesn’t change them. The fixes (a page, a directory listing, a corrected phone number) are yours to make, and the report tells you which ones matter. Engines take a scan or two to pick up a change, and answers vary from week to week, so judge progress over three or four scans, not one.
FAQ
AI visibility tracker questions
How do you track AI visibility?
+
Ask the same customer questions on every major AI engine, on a schedule, and record each answer: whether you're named, in what position, who's named instead, and which sites the engine read. Glocavo writes the questions, asks all six engines, and keeps the history so you can see the trend.
Is Google visibility the same as AI visibility?
+
No. The local pack ranks businesses with Google's map signals; an AI engine builds an answer from what it read about you across the web. They overlap, but a business can lead one and be missing from the other.
ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, Google AI Mode and Google AI Overviews. Each answer is saved in full, so you can read exactly what an engine told a customer.
Is there a ChatGPT rank tracker for local businesses?
+
Yes, that's part of what this does. For each question, Glocavo records whether ChatGPT names your business and in what position, alongside the other five engines. That makes it an AI rank tracker, not only a mention counter: you see your position in every answer, not just whether you appeared.
Can it tell me when AI gives customers wrong information?
+
Yes. Every answer that mentions your phone number, hours, address, website, name or status is checked against your Google Business Profile, and each mismatch comes with the engine, the question, and what to fix.
On the schedule you set. Each paid plan's checks cover one full scan a month on all six engines; the add-on adds enough for weekly scans, and you can run an extra check anytime with spare checks. Engines take a scan or two to pick up a fix, and answers vary from week to week, so judge progress over three or four scans.
How much does AI visibility tracking cost?
+
Every paid plan includes one AI Visibility campaign: 50 checks a month on Starter, 100 on Basic, 150 on Studio and 200 on Agency. One question asked on all six engines uses 10 checks. The add-on, from $29.99 a month, adds campaigns and checks on any plan, the Free plan included, and one-time top-ups from $15 never expire.
Yes. Give each client its own workspace (Basic plan and up) and its own campaign: your plan includes one, and the add-on adds 1, 3 or 10 more. Every report has read-only share links and CSV export, and API and MCP access comes with Studio and Agency plans or the $99.99 add-on.
