Reports are generated and emailed automatically right after checkout. First check spam/promotions for an email from Lemon Squeezy or GBP SEO Tools. If it's genuinely missing after 15 minutes, email us the address you paid with and we'll re-send or regenerate it by hand.

The audit reads live data straight from Google (Places API, plus DataForSEO for the paid report), so a mismatch is almost always Google's own listing data changing after your report ran, not a bug. Tell us the email you used and what looks off and we'll check it against a fresh pull.

The free instant score can be re-run anytime. A paid report is a one-time purchase per business. If your listing changed significantly since your last report, email us and we'll work something out rather than charge you twice for a small delta.

Make sure a location is actually picked (search a city/address or paste coordinates) and the toggle at the top of the popup is switched on (the dot next to it turns blue once it's active). Then reload the Google Maps or Search tab; the override only applies to page loads after it was armed.

That button needs the extension installed and, since it opens a real incognito window to avoid your own account/search history skewing the result, it also needs "Allow in incognito" turned on for it under chrome://extensions. Without that toggle, Chrome won't run the extension in the incognito window at all.

No account, no analytics. Your saved locations and settings stay in Chrome's local storage on your own device. The only network call it makes is sending whatever place name you type to OpenStreetMap's free Nominatim service, purely to convert it into coordinates. Full detail is in our privacy policy.

At glocavo.gbpseotools.com, with the email address you signed up with. There's no separate GBP SEO Tools login, Glocavo has its own account.

From inside Glocavo: open the Billing page, where you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan yourself, and update your card through the payment portal. No need to email us for a routine plan change.

Email us at the address your account is registered under (we look accounts up by email, not business name) and ask for it to be deleted. This is a full, permanent deletion, your profile, workspaces, scans, and SERP history, and it also cancels any active subscription so you're not billed again.

The Chrome extension is a free, manual, one-off tool: pick a location, see what Maps or Search looks like from there, no account needed. Glocavo is the full rank tracker: recurring scheduled scans across a whole grid of points, ranking history over time, and team workspaces, which needs an account and (past the free plan) a subscription.

Lemon Squeezy handles all payments and tax compliance. We never see or store your card details; we only receive your email and order ID to confirm the purchase and send your report.

If the report failed to generate or clearly misread your listing, email us the order ID and we'll refund it, no argument. Outside of that, reach out anyway; we'd rather look at the specific case than hide behind a blanket no-refunds line.

Lemon Squeezy emails a receipt automatically at checkout. If you need a copy for your own records, email us the order email and we'll forward it.

The GBP audit tool and the Geo Spoofing extension don't run accounts: most of what's tied to you (unlocked reports, extension settings) lives in your own browser and clears with your browser data. For the order record we keep for 90 days (email, business audited, amount paid), email us and we'll remove it on request.
