Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of GBP SEO Tools ("we", "us", "our"), accessible at gbpseotools.com (the "Site"). By using the Site or purchasing any report or tool from us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Description of Service

GBP SEO Tools provides local SEO tools for businesses, including a Google Business Profile audit tool. Some features are available at no cost (such as the initial SEO score and basic checklist). Other features, such as the full Google Business Profile audit report, require a one-time payment to unlock. Only the specific features explicitly described as free are free. Access to the Site does not entitle you to full access to every feature at no cost.

2. Payments and Billing

Paid features are processed through Paddle, a third-party payment processor and merchant of record. When you make a purchase, you are subject to Paddle's own terms of service and privacy policy in addition to ours. We do not directly collect or store your payment card details.

3. Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a paid report or feature has been unlocked and delivered, except where required by law.

Because our paid features (such as the full Google Business Profile audit report) are digital content delivered immediately upon payment, by completing a purchase you expressly request immediate access to this digital content and acknowledge that you lose any statutory right of withdrawal or cooling-off period (where such a right would otherwise apply) once delivery has begun. If you believe you were charged in error or a technical fault prevented you from receiving the report you paid for, contact us at gbpseotools@gmail.com and we will investigate in good faith.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Attempt to bypass, disable, or circumvent any payment or access-control mechanism on the Site
• Scrape, resell, or redistribute reports or data generated by the Site without our written permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site's operation or security

5. Accuracy of Information

Reports and audits generated by the Site (including SEO scores, ranking checks, and recommendations) are generated using automated tools and third-party data sources (including Google's own APIs), and are provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any report, and we do not guarantee any specific outcome (such as improved search rankings) from acting on our recommendations.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code on the Site, excluding data about your own business that you submit or that is publicly available from third parties (such as Google), are the property of GBP SEO Tools. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our tools or underlying methodology without permission.

7. Third-Party Services

The Site relies on third-party services to operate, including Google (for business search, location data, and audit generation), Paddle (for payment processing), and Vercel (for hosting). Your use of the Site is also subject to the applicable terms of these providers.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all reports are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GBP SEO Tools shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunity, arising from your use of the Site or reliance on any report. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Site for any user who violates these Terms, without notice.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will update the "Last updated" date above.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
