About GBP SEO Tools
A Google Business Profile audit built by a small team on live Google data and deterministic checks, not a vague grade with no explanation.
Most local businesses can't tell why a competitor outranks them in the Google Maps local pack. The listing looks complete: name, hours, photos, a handful of reviews. But "looks complete" and "ranks well" are two different things, and the gap between them is usually invisible until someone actually checks.
GBP SEO Tools started as exactly that check. The free instant score reads a business's live Google Business Profile data and scores it against the signals that actually affect local search visibility, not a generic checklist. The full audit goes further: where the business actually ranks in the local pack from five points around its own location, what themes are showing up across its real reviews, whether anything in its profile risks a Google policy flag, and a prioritized, business-specific list of what to fix first.
Every check is deterministic, built from the same live Google Places data any customer searching that business would see. The AI layer only writes the plain-English summary on top of results that are already computed, it explains the findings, it doesn't decide them.
Built to Help, Not to Sell You Something
GBP SEO Tools started as a genuine attempt to give business owners a straight, specific answer about their Google Business Profile, something better than a vague score with no explanation. That's still the whole point today.
It works the same way whether you're checking your own listing or you run an agency managing dozens of client accounts. Run it once per business, get a prioritized list of what to fix first, keep the PDF, no retainer, no recurring charge. If it helps you rank higher, win a pitch, or hand a client something they can actually act on, that's exactly what it's for.
A Small Team, Not an Agency
We run this audit ourselves, no account managers, no upsell calls, no layers between you and the people who actually built the check. Every part of it, category accuracy, review patterns, citation presence, local pack ranking, is built and maintained by the same team, not outsourced, not templated from some other agency's playbook.
There's no subscription, no sales call, no agency markup, one audit, not a monthly retainer.
This isn't an agency pretending to be an enterprise SEO department. It's one audit, real Google data, and an honest answer about what's actually holding your listing back, including the parts it can't check (you'll see those called out too, not hidden).
Where This Is Going
The GBP audit is the first tool, not the only one. We're building out a full local SEO toolkit alongside it: a website audit that checks the on-page and technical signals your Google Business Profile can't see, a local keyword finder, and a Google Maps rank tracker that maps your local pack position point by point.

Octavian Ciorici
Octavian Ciorici focuses on local SEO, specifically Google Business Profile optimization and Google Maps visibility. His work centers on the fundamentals that actually move local rankings: category accuracy, review patterns, citation presence across other directories, and where a listing truly shows up in the local pack, not just how complete it looks on paper. He tracks rankings, reviews performance data, and works to close the specific gaps keeping a business from showing up where it matters most, in local search results.
